You license Tollgate for your Jira user tier, and the per-user rate falls as the tier grows. It is free for up to 10 users under standard Marketplace terms. Prices are in USD, set and charged by Atlassian.
Per user, per month: free for 1 to 10 users; $2.40 for 11 to 100; $1.00 for 101 to 250; $0.30 for 251 to 1,000; $0.02 for 1,001 to 2,500; $0.01 above 2,500. The Marketplace listing shows the current rate card and works out the total for your site.
Atlassian bills Tollgate on your existing Atlassian invoice, so you don’t procure anything separately, onboard a new supplier, or give your card to another company.
Tollgate appears as a line item on the invoice you already pay.
Your Atlassian admin installs Tollgate, changes the plan, and cancels it. Nobody needs to talk to us to switch it on or off.
Atlassian bills monthly against your Jira user tier. When the user count changes, the bill follows on the next cycle.
